Job Summary
The Regional Facilities Manager is responsible for the execution of all facilities-related operations capital projects and service delivery across a multi-site manufacturing network. This role ensures safe reliable and cost-effective facility operations while driving standardization and continuous improvement across the region. The position has direct oversight of a key third-party facilities management provider and is accountable for KPI performance compliance and alignment with strategic business objectives. The Regional Facilities Manager partners closely with plant leadership operations EHS HR and finance to ensure the facilities infrastructure supports production uptime employee safety and long-term asset sustainability. |
Responsibilities |
Facilities Operations Leadership Oversee day-to-day facilities operations across all sites including utilities building systems grounds and infrastructure. Ensure high service levels rapid issue resolution and minimal disruption to manufacturing operations. Establish and monitor standardized operating procedures and performance metrics across the network. Support plant teams in maintaining safe compliant and efficient facilities environments. Third-Party Provider Management Serve as the primary point of accountability for the regional third-party facilities management provider. Manage supplier performance against contractual KPIs. Lead regular business reviews and performance evaluations. Ensure clear governance and escalation processes. Drive value through contract optimization and cost control. Capital Projects & Program Management Lead planning and execution of facilities-related capital projects. Prioritize investments based on risk and ROI. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Standardize project management practices and reporting. Financial Management Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets. Drive cost discipline and identify savings opportunities. Provide forecasts and variance analysis. Compliance Safety and Risk Management Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety requirements. Partner with EHS to mitigate risks. Oversee maintenance programs for facility systems. Continuous Improvement & Standardization Drive Lean principles and standardization across sites. Implement best practices and analytics-driven decision making. Stakeholder Engagement Build partnerships and rapport with plant managers and leadership. Communicate performance and risks effectively. |
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Engineering Facilities Management other related in discipline is required.
At least 10 years experience in facilities management or related work experience in multi-site manufacturing is preferred.
Ability to lead initiatives manage projects and work as part of a project team.
Sound analytical abilities and business sense.
Demonstrated high energy level and the drive required to proactively lead activities within a dynamic business environment.
Hands-on style and willingness to perform a range of detailed work.
The motivation adaptability and professional qualities to work well with individuals in multiple disciplines and across global organizations.
Microsoft Office proficient familiarity with Teams using video and audio technology
Ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches and procedures
Ability to travel up to 30 to 50%
