Job Description

What you will be doing:

Oversee day-to-day operations of approximately 8 affordable housing properties
Ensure compliance with LIHTC and Project-Based Section 8 regulations and requirements
Supervise on-site property teams and provide leadership training and support
Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies to drive occupancy
Monitor occupancy rates and implement action plans to improve performance
Conduct regular property visits and inspections as needed
Ensure properties are operating efficiently and in compliance with company standards
Travel between properties as required

Experience you will need:

Minimum of 5 years of Regional Manager experience in property management
Strong experience with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit) and Project-Based Section 8 housing
Proven background in marketing and leasing strategies for affordable housing communities
Demonstrated success in improving and maintaining occupancy levels
Ability to travel between multiple property sites as needed
Must reside in or near the Richmond VA area
