Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) for a weekend travel position. As an OR RN you will be providing exceptional care for patients undergoing surgery working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the operating room
- Work effectively as part of the surgical team
- Monitor patient status during procedures and assist with any surgical needs
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Ensure patient safety comfort and well-being before during and after surgery
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members for patient care planning and discharge preparation
Requirements:
- Active RN License
- Experience: Must have experience in Orthopedic Neurosurgery General Surgery XI/DV5 Robot and Trauma procedures
- Specialty Experience: Operating Room (OR)
- Must be able to work 12-hour shifts on Friday Saturday and Sunday
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-pressure environment
