Last four of SSN RTO must be listed at time of submittal post submission RTO will NOT be approved MUST request all RTO / specific scheduling requests up-front during submittal. Post submittal/offer RTO may not be considered or granted. Inflexibility beyond contracted schedule and/or RTO may lead to termination of contract and system DNR.
