Job Summary
Are you a natural leader who thrives on hitting goals coaching others and winning as a team Renewal by Andersen is hiring an Events & Retail Supervisor to lead a high-energy marketing team.
As the face of our lead generation efforts your team connects with homeowners at retail locations trade shows and community this role youll lead from the front; driving results coaching in real time and building a team that consistently exceeds goals.
What Youll Do
- Lead coach and motivate a team of Brand Ambassadors
- Drive lead generation performance and hold team accountable to goals
- Provide real-time coaching and conduct 1:1s and team meetings
- Analyze performance data to improve results
- Support hiring training and team development
- Ensure compliance with company standards and processes
- Travel locally to support events and team needs
Requirements
- 40 hours/week including evenings and weekends
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable with local travel
Experience
- 2-5 years in sales marketing or customer service
- 1-3 years in a leadership or supervisory role
