Job Summary

Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)
Location: Onsite
Type: Local & Travel Accepted (First-time travelers accepted)
Shift: Outpatient Schedule (36 hours guaranteed up to 40 hours)

Position Overview:
The Physical Therapist Assistant supports outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation by assisting with treatment plans patient care delivery and functional recovery under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.

Qualifications:
PTA License/Certification Required
Outpatient experience Preferred
New graduates Not accepted
First-time travelers Accepted
Strong clinical and patient care skills Required

Responsibilities:
Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises and functional training
Treat standard outpatient orthopedic conditions
Manage 1214 patients per day (approx. 60 visits/week)
Follow productivity expectations and clinic protocols
Ensure accurate documentation of patient progress
Maintain patient safety and quality of care
