Are You Boosters Next Managing Program Leader
Managing Program Leaders serve as the player-coach for their local market. They will balance providing remarkable experiences through our premier Boosterthon fundraising campaign while ensuring the local team is healthy through training development and quality assurance alongside the Team Manager.
How Youll Impact Boosters Mission:
Program Experience:
Effectively lead programs for school clients on an as-needed basis.
Utilize quality assurance plans and standards to ensure consistency and excellence in program delivery alongside the leadership team.
Market Logistics:
Work with management to oversee the day-to-day logistics of the market area. This includes inventory and equipment management event vehicle coordination and maintenance team scheduling and overall organization systems to help the team function efficiently.
Team Leadership & Development:
Lead the team during on-campus programs to help create remarkable experiences for schools through enthusiasm and excellence.
By administering scorecards performance evaluations and team member check-ins the Managing Program Leader assists the leadership team in the development of Program Leaders & Program Specialists in their role.
Training:
Partner with the leadership team to train all new hires assist in facilitating training weeks and provide on-the-job coaching to perform at the Booster standard.
Culture Cultivation:
Cultivate an engaging virtuous and inclusive culture for all team members to flourish through collaboration for team events meetings etc.
