Job Summary
Job Title - Housing Standard Officer
Salary - 33531 38052 per annum (pro rata if part-time)
Grade - D
Contract Type - 12 months Fixed Term
Working Hours - 37 hours per week
About the Role
General support to Housing Standards and Well Homes
- Tenant and Landlord Liaison including signposting CAB Shelter Justice for tenants NRLA
- Compliance and Enforcement Support
- Property Inspection Co-ordination
- Data Management and Reporting
- Interdepartmental Collaboration
- Property visits to private tenants and homeowners as required
- Processing and approval/repayment of grants and loans
Essential Requirements
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
DBS Requirement
- Basic DBS Check
