Lead Business Growth and Marketing Strategy
Develop and execute endtoend marketing strategies to accelerate category growth and strengthen brand leadership in both mass and premium segments.
Drive the full marketing funnel from awareness to conversion by shaping consumer perceptions stimulating demand and improving new recruitment.
Translate market and consumer insights into actionable business strategies with clear KPIs ROI frameworks and measurable outcomes.
Optimize marketing investments manage budgets effectively and drive financial performance including topline and bottom line through strategically growing the right brand mix and margin mix.
Localize and adapt regional/global activations for the MYSG market ensuring excellence in execution and brand consistency.
Partner crossfunctionally with Sales Trade marketers Regulatory and regional teams to lead the business direction and launch execution
Independently manage global and regional projects to be executed domestic regionally
Marketing Communications and Go-to-Market Campaign Lead
Lead ATL and digital campaigns by collaborating closely with creative media and digital agencies to deliver impactful and insightled brand communications.
Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders (digital team) and external partners (creative and media agencies) to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and campaign delivery.
Strong understanding in digital environment and social commerce to lead the direction in full funnel execution (affiliates marketing livestream)
Develop and implement content strategies that align with platforms best practices (especially Tik Tok) including short-form video content creator collaborations and live streaming.
Responsible for the end-to-end design and execution of digital campaigns (upper funnel) including content direction go-to-market strategy and budget allocation. React quickly to mid-campaign performance insights and improve in between campaign activities.
Management and Leadership
Lead coach and develop a highperforming team (2 to 3 direct reports) to build a strong marketing organization grounded in data creativity and execution rigor
Manage assigned projects prioritize work and balance strategic and tactical issues across the team
Drive collaboration of the team with all other cross-functional departments which has an impact on the marketing strategies or execution of plans
Establish appropriate KPIs for the team in line with the companys business and brand objectives.

Essential Requirements
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Administration Commerce or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years experience in FMCG brand marketing and/or trade marketing digital marketing.
Strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels.
Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
Familiarity with retail and e-commerce environments.
Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
Strong financial acumen with experience managing marketing budgets.
Excellent project management communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
