Job Responsibilities

• Process files and assigned work tasks in a fast-paced high-volume position
• Post daily transactions to the accounting management system
• Competently apply appropriate accounting principles to assigned tasks
• Communicate with other staff members customers and vendors in a professional manner
• Answer incoming calls

Job Qualifications

• At minimum beginner-level accounting knowledge
• Confident with high volume work load
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Microsoft product knowledge
• Excellent computer skills
• Able to clearly and concisely communicate with colleagues customers and management
• Positive and hardworking personality
• Prompt and courteous demeanor
• Excellent teammate with collaborative attitude and eagerness to improve
• Ability to provide quality customer service
• Detailed follow up
