Job Summary
A national interdisciplinary design practice is seeking a Project Leader to join their Sydney studio.
The studio operates across architecture interiors urban design and planning delivering projects that prioritise sustainable inclusive outcomes across a broad range of sectors. Their portfolio spans residential health education commercial and mixed-use developments offering strong project diversity and consistent workflow.

Role Overview
This role is suited to a Project Leader or experienced Project Architect with 6 years experience ideally with exposure across residential health education or mixed-use typologies.
You will be responsible for leading projects from early design through to delivery managing teams coordinating consultants and maintaining project momentum across all stages.
The position requires someone who is confident in both front-end design thinking and delivery with the ability to guide teams manage stakeholders and ensure projects are executed effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Lead early-stage design and project direction including feasibility and option development
Coordinate with clients consultants and internal teams to deliver project outcomes
Manage programme milestones and project performance
Oversee documentation and delivery phases
Administer contracts and undertake site inspections
Mentor and support junior team members across design and delivery
Contribute to client management and stakeholder engagement
Skills & Experience
Relevant architectural qualification (Master of Architecture or equivalent)
6 years experience within an architectural practice
Experience working across residential health education or mixed-use projects
Strong project leadership and coordination capability
Ability to manage projects from concept through to completion
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Revit preferred
