Perth WA 8 Years Experience

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Project Lead to drive Agile delivery and project execution within a large enterprise environment. This role combines Scrum leadership with project management responsibilities working closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to deliver technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Agile ceremonies and delivery activities.
Manage project plans schedules risks and dependencies.
Track sprint progress KPIs and project health.
Partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to drive successful outcomes.
Ensure alignment with PMO governance and delivery standards.

Required Skills

Strong experience as a Scrum Master and Project Manager/Lead.
Expertise in Scrum Kanban and Agile delivery.
Hands-on experience with JIRA Confluence Azure DevOps MIRO and MS Project.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Mining or AHS project experience is highly desirable.

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in IT Computer Science Engineering or related field.
CSM PMP PMI-ACP or PRINCE2 certifications preferred.
