The Security Administrator works closely with various business units to assess and address information security requirements oversees the implementation and management of security controls and administers relevant security tools.Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor SIEM/EDR alerts investigate suspicious activity and escalate incidents.
- Participate in Provision/deprovision access enforce least privilege manage MFA and privileged accounts.
- Assist with detection containment evidence collection and post-incident actions.
- Run vulnerability scans assess risk coordinate remediation and validate fixes.
- Apply secure baselines harden systems and manage configuration drift.
- Administer endpoint protection firewalls VPNs and network security controls.
- Manage cloud security posture permissions and misconfiguration controls.
- Support encryption DLP data classification and secure data handling.
- Enforce policies collect evidence and support regulatory audits.
- Maintain procedures incident records and security metrics.
- Develop positive working relationships with various teams involved in security and privacy matters
- Conduct security research in keeping abreast of latest security threat landscape and stay abreast with the current information technology trends
Key Qualifications
- 2 years of related work experience
- Strong hands-on experience with tools such as: Email gateways Firewalls IDS/IPS Security scanners MS Azure AWS
- Good knowledge and understanding of information security controls
- Proficiency in network infrastructure including routers switches firewalls and the associated network protocols and concepts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- University/College degree required.
- Professional certification such as CompTIA Security AZ900 (Azure Fundamentals)

Salary Range:
$55000.00 - $77000.00The actual base salary for this position will depend on several factors including job-related skills experience and addition to base pay eligible employees may participate in a discretionary variable incentive plan results are subject to both individual and company performance.
