Job Summary:

As an IT Analyst at Jonesbororealtycompany you will be responsible for analyzing designing and implementing various technology solutions to support our business operations. You will work closely with our IT team and other departments to identify and address any technology-related issues as well as develop and maintain our systems and applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements

- Design develop and implement technology solutions to meet business needs

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner

- Develop and maintain databases applications and systems

- Ensure data security and integrity by implementing appropriate security measures

- Conduct regular system audits and updates

- Train and support end-users on new systems and applications

- Stay updated on emerging technologies and make recommendations for improvements

- Develop and maintain technical documentation

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role

- Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Java Python or C

- Experience with database management and SQL

- Proficiency in system and network administration

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Knowledge of real estate industry is a plus
