Position: Receptionist

As our Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our company and will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and efficient atmosphere for our clients and visitors. Your responsibilities will include answering and directing phone calls greeting clients and visitors and assisting with general office tasks.
The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication and customer service skills as well as a professional and friendly demeanor. You should also be organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet and assist clients and visitors upon their arrival
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assist with general office tasks such as filing data entry and scheduling appointments
- Maintain office supplies and order new supplies as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and visitors
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Real estate knowledge is a plus but not required
