We are looking for a results-driven and analytically sharp SEO Specialist to join our growing marketing team in this role you will own the search engine optimization strategy end-to-end from technical audits and keyword research to on-page optimization and link building. Ensure our digital presence ranks prominently and consistently drives high-quality org
Key Responsibilities
Develop execute and manage comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals and target audiences.
Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Perform thorough technical SEO audits and work with developers to resolve crawlability indexability and site speed issues.
Optimize on-page elements including meta titles meta descriptions header tags internal linking and structured data markup.
Create and execute white-hat link-building campaigns to improve domain authority and referral traffic.
Collaborate with the content team to ensure all written content is SEO-optimized without sacrificing quality.
Monitor analyze and report on key SEO KPIs using tools such as Google Analytics Google Search Console Ahrefs SEMrush or Moz.
Track algorithm updates and proactively adapt strategies to maintain and improve rankings.
Manage and optimize local SEO presence including Google Business Profile listings.
Present monthly performance reports with insights observations and forward-looking recommendations.
Collaborate across teams to ensure SEO best practices are embedded in new website features blog posts and campaigns.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of hands-on SEO experience preferably in a technology SaaS or digital agency environment.
Proven track record of improving organic rankings traffic and conversions for competitive keywords.
Strong proficiency with SEO tools: Google Search Console Google Analytics (GA4) Ahrefs SEMrush Screaming Frog or equivalent.
Solid understanding of technical SEO: site architecture crawl budget Core Web Vitals schema markup and sitemaps.
Experience with on-page and off-page SEO including content optimization and link acquisition strategies.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with the ability to build reports and present findings clearly.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
