Doit avoir un MBA ou une maîtrise (préférablement un doctorat) dans le domaine de la stratégie et la durabilité/responsabilité sociétale des entreprises. Doit avoir de lexpérience professionnelle récente qui est directement reliée à la stratégie et la durabilité. Doit également avoir une bonne expérience de lenseignement de préférence dans le domaine de la planification et limplantation de solutions daffaires durables. Doit être confortable dans un large éventail dapproches pédagogiques pour soutenir la durabilité des affaires.
