Business Operations Student Assistant Summer
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with monitoring and managing reservation systems for shared office resources (e.g. meeting spaces lockers).
- Review and process reservation requests received through Outlook/Teams and shared mailboxes.
- Track distribute and collect physical resources (e.g. locker keys) as needed.
- Support digital workflow management in Smartsheet and assist in capturing usage data for operational analytics.
- Contribute to general operations tasks as assigned providing flexible support across the team.
Responsibilities
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be a student currently enrolled at USF and in good academic standing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfort with Microsoft Office 365 tools (Outlook Teams Excel).
- Interest in learning process management and data tracking systems (experience with Smartsheet a plus but not required).
- Professional reliable and able to work independently.
Student Learning Outcomes:
- Gain practical experience in operations support and resource management.
- Develop skills in digital workflow tools and analytics from usage data.
- Strengthen communication and organizational skills through real-world applications.
