The Virtual Personal Assistant at Meyer Plastics Inc provides remote administrative and organizational support to the leadership team of the plastics manufacturing company. The role involves ensuring that executives and managers can focus on core business operations by efficiently and professionally handling day-to-day administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize executives calendars schedules and appointments
Handle incoming emails calls and correspondence on behalf of leadership
Coordinate meetings conference calls and travel arrangements
Prepare reports presentations and business documents as needed
Assist in tracking production deadlines orders and vendor communications
Maintain and update company databases records and filing systems
Conduct research on industry trends suppliers and competitors
Liaise with internal departments and external partners on behalf of executives
Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
Perform other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Prior experience as a virtual or personal assistant
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Google Workspace and virtual communication tools
Highly organized with strong time management skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
