Job Summary
Now Hiring: Sales Recruiter
Location: Mesa AZ
Pay: $25.00/hour
Schedule: Monday Friday
- 4 days: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
- 1 day: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
We are looking for an experienced Sales Recruiter for a temp-to-hire opportunity in Mesa AZ. The ideal candidate will have prior recruiting and sales experience strong relationship-building skills and the ability to source screen and place qualified candidates while managing client accounts. Responsibilities include recruiting top talent conducting interviews maintaining candidate pipelines building client relationships and meeting placement goals.
Requirements:
- Previous recruiting and/or sales experience required
- Strong communication and interviewing skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Professional attitude with strong organizational skills
- Reliable transportation and attendance
