Job Summary
What will you do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for the assigned roles
- Partner with hiring managers on role understanding candidate evaluation and hiring decisions
- Build strong candidate pipelines through sourcing market mapping and channel partnerships
- Drive candidate engagement and ensure a seamless candidate experience
- Maintain data hygiene and recruitment tracking through ATS and reporting tools
- Manage the resume database efficiently
Who should apply
- 5-6 years of recruitment experience preferably in in-house or search environments
- Experience hiring across corporate business or non-technical (sales) roles preferred
- Strong sourcing stakeholder management and assessment skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-volume environment
- Strong communication ownership and execution orientation
- MS Office proficiency is preferred
