Associate Staff Consultant, US IT recruiter

REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience: 4 years
•  Strong expertise in US technical hiring
• Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment for IT roles
• Strong understanding of technical skillsets roles and hiring trends
• Hands-on experience with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter Indeed and job boards
• Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with ATS systems and recruitment compliance processes
• Strong ability to assess candidate fit and influence hiring decisions
• Experience in managing hiring managers and aligning expectations effectively

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing screening interviewing and closing candidates
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies using job portals social media networking and referrals
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and provide talent insights
• Manage multiple open positions while ensuring quality and timely delivery
• Drive a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
• Lead offer discussions and negotiations to close positions effectively
• Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with standards
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs
• Ensure adherence to organizational and client hiring policies and compliance requirements
