Doit avoir une maîtrise ou un MBA (préférablement un doctorat) dans le domaine de la consultation en gestion. Doit aussi démontrer une expérience professionnelle récente dans le domaine du cours. Doit également avoir une bonne expérience de lenseignement de préférence dans le domaine de la consultation en gestion.
