What Youll Do

As a Mobile Service Technician youll deliver high-quality service directly to customers while working independently throughout your day.

• Perform light maintenance and repair services on a variety of vehicles
• Complete oil changes tire rotations battery replacements recalls filters and multi-point inspections
• Perform basic electrical and mechanical repairs
• Use diagnostic equipment to identify maintenance-related concerns
• Recommend needed services based on inspections
• Document repairs and communicate clearly with service advisors and customers
• Deliver exceptional customer service during every interaction
• Represent Angela Krause Ford professionally in the field

What You Bring

• 2 years of automotive repair experience preferred
• Experience with maintenance and light repair work
• Ability to work independently and stay organized throughout the day
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Comfortable using diagnostic tools and service equipment
• Desire to grow within the automotive industry

Requirements:

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
