What Youll Own

You will build optimize and scale the entire digital ecosystem across multiple brands and markets.

Website Strategy Development

• Own all websites and landing pages across brands
• Build and optimize sites (WordPress or modern stacks)
• Improve UX speed structure and mobile performance
• Launch new sites for expansion markets

Conversion SEO (Revenue-Focused)

• Own conversion rates across the funnel (click lead booked appt)
• Run A/B tests optimize funnels and improve lead quality
• Drive SEO strategy including technical SEO site structure and content performance

AI-Driven Marketing & Development (Critical)

• Leverage AI to:
  • Accelerate website builds and iterations
  • Improve SEO and content generation
  • Enhance personalization and conversion
  • Automate workflows and campaigns
• Evaluate and implement emerging tools across:
  • AI dev frameworks
  • SEO automation platforms
  • CRO and experimentation tools

Marketing Automation Lifecycle

• Build and optimize email/SMS flows (lead nurture reactivation retention)
• Own segmentation triggers and campaign performance
• Improve conversion across the full lifecycle

Execution Ownership

• Manage agencies and vendors-but you are the operator
• Set timelines execute fast and iterate constantly
• Build dashboards and report on performance tied to revenue

What Were Looking For

Core Experience

• 48 years in web development CRO or growth marketing
• Proven experience building and optimizing high-converting websites
• Strong WordPress or equivalent CMS expertise
• Hands-on experience with:
  • GA4 / analytics
  • A/B testing tools
  • SEO (technical on-page)

AI Fluency (Must Have)

You are actively using AI tools today-not just experimenting.

Examples may include (but not limited to):

• AI-assisted dev tools (e.g. code generation site builders)
• SEO automation platforms
• AI content and CRO tools
• Workflow automation tools

Ownership Mindset

• Youve owned conversion metrics not just delivered projects
• You move fast test often and iterate without overengineering
• You are comfortable operating in a high-growth evolving environment
