Were currently seeking a full-time Training Coordinator in our West Jordan UT office. This is an in-office position.
This position works in tandem with the training and administration teams to plan and execute the technical and end-user trainings for our customers and resellers. You would be responsible for registering and following up with attendees distributing course information and ensuring that all materials and applicable events are scheduled and prepared. As a customer-facing employee you would also have the opportunity to interact with attendees both in and outside of the training setting.
Duties include:
- Signing up customers for training keeping their information accurate.
- Coordinating training schedules with trainers
- Participating in planning organizing and hosting training events
- Communicating and working with Customers providing information about training.
Requirements
- Flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills verbal and written
- Self-motivated
- Able to interact professionally with customers
- Skilled in partnerships and teamwork
- Strong computer skills including the Microsoft Office suite
- A positive attitude
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary Negotiable based on skill level and experience.
