Oliver Inc. is seeking an experienced Offset Pressman Operator to join our this role youll take ownership of press operations from setup to production ensuring high-quality output that meets customer specifications.

Were looking for someone who takes pride in their craft understands color and print quality and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Shifts: 2nd & 3rd Available

About the Role:

In this opportunity as a Pressman Operator you will:

• Set up operate and run offset printing presses to meet production and quality standards

• Perform make-ready color matching and press adjustments throughout production runs

• Monitor print quality and make real-time adjustments as needed

• Follow job tickets and production schedules while maintaining efficiency

• Perform basic preventative maintenance and keep equipment in good working condition

• Identify and escalate quality issues to minimize downtime and waste

• Maintain a clean safe and organized work environment

About You:

Youre a fit for the role of Pressman Operator if your background includes:

• 5 years of offset press experience

• Experience with Heidelberg Komori KBA etc. strongly preferred

• Ability to work with various substrates and calipers

• Strong understanding of color matching and print quality standards

• Ability to read job tickets measurements and basic production documentation

• Team-oriented with strong attention to detail and safety
