Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Gluing Pressman at our facility in Clifton NJ. Responsibilities include operating and maintaining gluing machinery configuring equipment for production runs overseeing quality control of finished products and ensuring efficient workflow. The Gluing Pressman will collaborate with team members to meet production schedules and troubleshoot any operational challenges while adhering to safety standards and best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience in BOBST Machines
- Expertise in operating and maintaining gluing machinery with a thorough understanding of equipment setup and adjustments
- Ability to perform quality control checks ensuring product specifications and high standards are met
- Experience in troubleshooting mechanical issues and ensuring minimal downtime in production
- Strong knowledge of safety protocols and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Prior experience in a similar role within the packaging or printing industry is preferred
- Willingness to work on-site in Clifton NJ and availability to work full-time hours including potential overtime as needed
