Job Summary
A confidential Los Angeles boutique law firm serving high-end clientele is seeking a mid-level Corporate/M&A attorney with 6 years of mergers and acquisitions transaction experience.
This role is ideal for an attorney who can run meaningful pieces of a deal maintain regular contact with clients and opposing counsel and handle sophisticated corporate transactional work in a supportive boutique environment. The work includes stock and asset purchase agreements ancillary acquisition agreements employment agreements NDAs LLC agreements stockholders agreements and corporate governance documents.
Base salary is $240000 to $290000 with a 1800-hour annual billable requirement a $2500 annual business development budget and hybrid flexibility of up to 3 remote days per week.
