The LIFT Campus Coach supports Region 6 ESC districts and campuses inimplementing the Leadership & Instructional Foundations of Texas (LIFT)framework with fidelity. The coach partners with district leaders campusadministrators instructional coaches and teachers to strengtheninstructional systems support High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM) implementation and improve student outcomes through training coachingand data-informed continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification Bachelors degree required; Masters degree preferred Valid Texas teaching certificate required Ability to earn and maintain required LIFT and Approved Providercertifications
Experience Experience in K12 instructional coaching and/or campus or districtleadership Experience supporting curriculum implementation PLCs and teachercoaching Experience working with campus or district improvement initiativespreferred
Major Responsibilities and Duties
Campus & System Assessment Assess campus context readiness and capacity for LIFTimplementation Analyze technical and adaptive conditions impacting instructionalsystems Collaborate with LIFT District Coaches to interpret diagnostics andcampus-level data
Strategic Planning & Change Management Build strong professional relationships with campus leaders teachersand system leaders Develop shared understanding of LIFT vision goals and implementationrequirements Support alignment of campus systems and practices to LIFT and HQIMexpectations Collaborate with district and campus leaders to plan multi-year LIFTsupportsTraining Coaching and Capacity Building Provide or support professional learning for campus leaders andteachers Deliver job-embedded coaching using data-driven high-leverageaction steps Support campus leaders in coaching teachers and strengtheninginstructional practice Build ownership and sustainability of instructional systems beyondgrant funding
Monitoring Data Use and Communication Monitor progress toward system and campus goals using qualitativeand quantitative data Assess fidelity of implementation and adherence to grant requirements Communicate progress successes and challenges regularly tostakeholders Adjust support strategies in collaboration with LIFT District Coaches asneeded
Program & Professional Responsibilities Maintain certification and actively engage in coaching and continuousimprovement Complete required documentation data collection and reporting withfidelity Serve as a collaborative member of the Region 6 ESC LIFT team
Knowledge and Skills Strong knowledge of instructional systems HQIM and teacher coachingpractices Ability to facilitate adult learning and lead professional development Skill in data analysis problem-solving and continuous improvementprocesses Excellent communication collaboration and relationship-building skills Ability to manage multiple campuses priorities and timelines
