Responsibilities:

• Own and manage the product backlog translating high-level requirements into clear user stories with defined acceptance criteria

• Prioritize backlog items based on customer value business goals and technical feasibility while ensuring alignment with the product roadmap

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define clear testable requirements and act as the voice of the customer within development teams

• Serve as Product Owner in Agile/Scrum teams leading sprint planning backlog grooming and acceptance of completed work

• Provide ongoing guidance and decision-making support to ensure features meet quality standards and customer expectations

• Work cross-functionally with R&D QA regulatory and commercial teams to ensure seamless product development and delivery

• Incorporate customer feedback and workflow understanding to drive usability improvements and feature enhancements

• Ensure timely high-quality releases by supporting validation documentation and readiness activities

Candidate Requirement:

Education: Masters or Ph.D. degree in Life Sciences or related field

Mandatory Skills Knowledge:

• 10 years of experience in Application Support product development product ownership or relevant fields.

• Experience working with complex systems (hardware software integration preferred)

• Experience with life sciences instruments (sample prep plate readers etc.)

• Ability to translate customer needs into detailed technical requirements

• Prior experience working with global cross-functional teams

• Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
