PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead coordinate and oversee change management initiatives within our Card Commercial Issuing Division.

The role will be pivotal in ensuring successful adoption of new processes systems and ways of working with a strong focus on training and user engagement for both internal stakeholders and external clients.

The Change Manager will work closely with the Business Optimization Support Team and the Digital Services & Advisory Team to deliver seamless change initiatives including the design and execution of a large-scale client training program.

This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder management skills a proven track record in delivering organisational change and the ability to deliver training to a broad audience.

Core Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Change Management:

  • Develop and execute change management strategies and plans to support project delivery and business transformation within the Card Commercial Issuing Division.
  • Provide oversight of existing Business Optimization Support Team activities to ensure alignment with change objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Digital Services & Advisory Team to ensure digital solutions are effectively communicated adopted and integrated into workflows.
  • Identify change impacts create communication plans and manage resistance.
  • Track and report on change readiness adoption rates and training effectiveness.

Training & Enablement:

  • Design and deliver a comprehensive client training program for approximately 170 client organisations (510 users).
  • Adapt existing training materials or create new resources suitable for external client use (current training hub is internal-only).
  • Facilitate live and virtual training sessions to ensure all users are confident in using new systems and processes.
  • Develop a knowledge hub or client-facing learning platform to host training content FAQs and support materials.
  • Monitor and evaluate training outcomes adjusting delivery as needed.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • Build strong relationships with internal teams clients and senior leadership.
  • Function as the primary point of contact for change-related queries and updates.
  • Facilitate workshops feedback sessions and change readiness assessments.
  • Ensure consistent and transparent communication with all stakeholders.

Knowledge and Experience:

  • 5 years proven experience in change management roles ideally within digital transformation or business process improvement projects.
  • Demonstrated experience in training delivery to both internal and external audiences.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to influence and drive adoption across diverse user groups.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience working with training platforms LMS systems and digital learning tools.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Previous experience within Banking Digital Payment & Card solutions or the FinTech industry.
  • Previous experience in Change Management or related fields a certification is highly preferred (e.g. Prosci CMI).
  • Experience in SaaS or technology implementation projects.
  • Knowledge of business optimisation and operational efficiency frameworks.
  • Familiarity with digital adoption platforms (DAPs) and virtual training environments.

Preferred Skills:

  • The ability to analyse data troubleshoot payment issues optimize processes and make data-driven decisions.
  • Good understanding of payment systems digital platforms system workflows security basics and industry technologies.
  • An understanding of regional regulations across financial services or payment networks.
