Job Summary
HOTEL NAMEis currently seeking a Sales Manager to join our growing team.
The Sales Manager is responsible for optimizing revenue maximizing sales opportunities consistent with the Hotels business plan; accurately forecasting revenue and expenses and efficiently managing sales activities through coordination with clients and operational departments.

Responsibilities
- Achieves assigned sales call goals room night production and/or booking pace goals
- Assists in developing strategies to positively impact RevPAR growth
- Understands market conditions and impact on RevPAR Index growth
Qualifications
High School Diploma/GEDor equivalent 2 years of related hotel and management experience.
A proven track record of meeting budgets an understanding of P&L statements budgets and cost/inventory control.
Field management experience is preferred and a sales background is a plus.
Excellent communication problem-solving and PC (Windows-based software) skills will be required.
Proven track record of service and financial success.
