- Follow up with clients to move deals and projects forward
Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate all moving parts of the business to ensure smooth daily operations
- Order and manage materials for field teams as needed
Office & Administrative Support
- Assist with internal coordination and improve workflow efficiency
- Serve as a central point of contact for clients vendors and internal teams
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Docs
- Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and a professional demeanor
- Prior office experience is a plus
