We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to support our HVAC plumbing and electrical operations. This role is responsible for scheduling installations coordinating technicians managing job flow and ensuring excellent communication between customers field staff and management. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering outstanding customer service and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch teams for HVAC plumbing and electrical jobs and installations
- Coordinate daily job assignments to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Communicate with customers to confirm appointments installation timelines and job updates
- Manage and maintain accurate scheduling software and customer records
- Handle inbound calls related to scheduling rescheduling and installation inquiries
- Resolve scheduling conflicts promptly and professionally
Qualifications
- Previous experience in dispatching scheduling or coordination (HVAC plumbing or electrical industry preferred)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with scheduling or service management software
- Basic understanding of HVAC plumbing or electrical terminology is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required
