Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor production systems in real time identify issues and troubleshoot software hardware and capacity problems to ensure uptime and performance.
- Support daily market operations including system startup and shutdown procedures application updates and recovery processes.
- Collaborate with clients network providers and internal teams to resolve connectivity and technical issues quickly and effectively.
- Maintain operational documentation and procedures to support continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
- Partner with developers and engineering teams to address operations-related challenges and implement solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field or equivalent practical experience in data center trading or network operations.
- 3 years of experience in technical operations system administration or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of Linux environments including administration and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP DNS routing firewalls load balancing).
- Clear communicator with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Familiarity with scripting (Bash regex) and tools like GitLab Docker or Kubernetes.
- Certifications relevant to systems operations or infrastructure management.
This position will be located in Philadelphia and offers the opportunity for a hybrid work environment (at least 3 days a week in office subject to change) providing flexibility and accessibility for qualified candidates.

The base pay range for this role is $72000 - $126000. In addition to base salary Nasdaq provides a generous annual bonus/commission (short-term incentive) and equity (long-term incentive) comprehensive benefits and opportunity for growth.
