This role is part of Alcons Supply Chain function a team that manages the logistics inventory management and supply chain analytics for Alcons industry leading products to ensure products are delivered efficiently and effectively so that people can see brilliantly.

The Sr. Associate Supply Chain Planning (Professional Path) is primarily responsible for optimizing supply chain outcomes through specialized tasks and independent research. You will gather demand information analyze trends adjust production schedules manage inventory and coordinate with procurement for timely materials. Specifics include:

Coordinate with procurement for timely material availability and secure materials while maintaining supplier relationships
Align with production schedules
Make decisions within the scope of assigned tasks using advanced knowledge and analytical skills
Handle more complex and senior-level tasks compared to Sr. Associate II
Adhere to Good Practice (GxP) regulations by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) maintaining accurate documentation ensuring quality control and completing required training
Meet individual job requirements and contribute to organizational compliance
Commit to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance

Education:

Fluent in Portuguese and English

Spanish is desired

Bachelors degree in business administration Foreing Trade and related fields
