Senior Human Resources Business Partner Analyst
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Support Senior HR leaders implement local human resource strategies that are appropriate for business needs but consistent with the organizations overall human resource strategy.
- Actively contribute to the implementation of HR strategies
- Responsible for the day-to-day transactional matters related to recruiting on-boarding transfers relocations and separations
- Support Senior HR leaders on culture and workplace initiatives
- Execution of HR processes in conjunction with Directors HR including performance management year-end compensation and promotion process recruitment headcount planning and reporting and other corporate initiatives
- Drive employee engagement initiatives including engagement programs feedback mechanisms and culturebuilding activities
- Support initiatives that enhance employee experience inclusion and organizational effectiveness.
Required Qualifications
- 814 years of progressive experience in HRBP role preferably from MNC.
- Exposure to both strategic and operational HR functions in an enterprise environment
- Strong knowledge of HR policies processes compliance and governance
