Role Summary and Impact
At WPP Media we are reshaping how media data and technology come together to drive growth. As Executive Director Media Strategy (LATAM) you will play a critical role in that evolution challenging how we operate today and building what comes next.
At this role you will rethink redesign and embed new ways of working across the region. From operating models to commercial structures you will help shift from reactive delivery to system-led scalable and future-ready execution.
Working closely with regional leadership and C-suite clients you will create simpler smarter and more effective ways to deliver value in a complex multi-market environment.
Reporting to: CEO WPP Media LATAM
Key Responsibilities
- Define and lead the LATAM transformation agenda setting the vision priorities and roadmap for how we win next
- Design and implement scalable operating models workflows and frameworks that translate strategy into execution
- Partner with C-suite clients and regional leaders to reshape how we work together and deliver value
- Drive commercial transformationrestructuring scopes pricing models and delivery to improve profitability and clarity of value
- Lead the backbone of high-stakes regional pitches ensuring solutions are both innovative and deliverable
- Build and lead a high-performing transformation team elevating capabilities across markets
- Embed AI-enabled and data-driven ways of working to improve efficiency and decision-making
- Act as a connector across disciplines (media content CX commerce platforms) to deliver integrated solutions
Skills and Experience
If this opportunity looks right for you we are looking for candidates who have:
- 12 years leading transformation strategy or consulting within media marketing or agency environments
- Proven experience driving operational and commercial transformation across multiple markets
- Strong expertise in operating model design workflow architecture and large-scale change management
- Demonstrated ability to influence and align C-suite stakeholders in complex multi-market environments
- Strong commercial and financial acumen including experience in pricing strategy scope design and P&L management
- Experience embedding AI and data-driven capabilities into operational workflows to enhance efficiency and decision-making
- Deep understanding of LATAM markets and cultural dynamics with the ability to balance regional consistency and local nuance
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
