This position is open to all students who are eligible to work on campus and will be employed through student Other Personnel Services (OPS).

Design and update graphic materials for Business Affairs events programs and marketing initiatives using Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
Ensure consistent application of UF Business Affairs branding across print and digital materials.
Develop event-related materials including postcards save-the-dates agendas signage name tags and digital assets.
Create and format graphics and images for Business Affairs websites email communications and social media.
Provide support for video and photography projects.
Assist with special projects such as booklets certificates PowerPoint presentations and marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with printing vendors including selecting paper types reviewing proofs and supporting print production.
Support major events and initiatives including occasional evenings or Saturdays.
Assist with front desk and phone coverage as needed.
Represent Business Affairs at events informational sessions and outreach activities as needed.
