Join Fishs team in our fast-paced Marketing & Business Development Department as a Digital & Internal Communications Coordinator. This role is part of The Hub Fishs remote-first group of professionals. Hub employees work primarily from home with no expectation of a regular in-office presence.

How Will You Make a Difference

Internal Communications.

  • Support collaboration and knowledge-sharing across the firm by project managing drafting proofreading formatting and producing high-quality digital newsletters. Coordinate with colleagues across the firm to gather and refine content. Review performance and recommend optimizations to both content and process based on feedback and analytics.
  • Coordinate firm-wide communications by gathering information drafting proofreading and producing announcements via email intranet and town hall/meeting presentations in alignment with the firms visual and writing brand standards. Schedule and coordinate firm-wide meetings as needed.
  • Optimize intranet by regularly posting events and announcements updating content and documents coordinating with practice groups and departments to ensure accuracy and testing functionality and new features.
  • Assist in maintaining editorial calendar and coordinating messaging schedules.

Digital Marketing & Execution.

  • Manage and support a wide range of digital communications including building proofreading publishing optimizing and/or tracking performance of marketing content on the firms website social media email channels and third-party platforms such as legal directories event sites and media outlets.
  • Coordinate the editorial production cycle by liaising with content writers and approvers managing the editorial calendar targeting content optimizing by channel providing quality review responding to user feedback and reviewing and communicating delivery success and results.
  • Assist in maintaining and optimizing the firms website by testing new features and logging bugs and potential enhancements.

Project and Data Management.

  • Serve as a super user of the teams project management tool. Maintain excellent knowledge of team processes for both internal and external communications and advise on how to leverage the PM tool to coordinate and achieve the teams goals. Support on data management and reporting within the tool.
  • Monitor key personnel updates across the firm and communicate to team members when marketing material updates are required.
  • Manage contact data in the firms email client to improve integrity and support email deliverability.

What Will You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Digital Communications or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2 years of communications or digital marketing experience is required.
  • Experience managing fast-paced projects and initiatives with multiple stakeholders required.
  • Experience drafting and proofreading marketing and/or internal content with excellent attention to detail and adherence to style guide required.
  • Experience with email marketing systems website content management systems and social media channel management is required.
  • Experience with Hubspot is preferred.
  • Professional services industry experience is preferred
  • Experience managing and updating SharePoint pages using front-end editing tools preferred.
  • Experience working in a project management system (Asana) preferred.
  • Familiarity or interest in emerging technologies including generative AI tools to support content creation efficiency and digital communications innovation preferred.

  • The pay range for this position varies by geographic market.Final compensation will be based ona variety of factors including education experience skills professional background overall qualifications and location
    • In Minneapolis the estimated pay range is $30.26-$37.95 per hour (based on a 37.5-hour workweek) which is equivalent to $59000-$74000 annually.
    • In Boston the estimated pay range is $32.42-$40.66 per hour (based on a 35-hour workweek) which is equivalent to $59000-$74000 annually.
