Your superpowers

• Masters or Bachelors degree inBusiness Psychology HR or a related field.
• 0-4 years of recruitment experience ideally in an analytical or strategy-driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills - you can pitch Picnics mission with confidence.
• Fluency in English. Dutch German or French Big plus!
• A data-driven mindset and enthusiasm for launching creative talent initiatives.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills - youll need to challenge push back and influence hiring decisions.
