Role Summary and Impact
As part of theGlobal Operations Centre (GOC) you will work closely with teams across the United States Europe and Asia to deliver high-impact solutions in a collaborative multicultural environment. We are looking for an Associate DirectorCross channelwho willdo:
- Client & Channel LeadershipAct as the lead and primary point of contact for key digital marketing channelsincluding Search Social Programmatic Buying Units (PBU) Ad Operations or Commerce (all or couple of them). Represent the Global OperationsCenter(GOC) in all channels wise agency/market interactions ensuring expectations are managed and consistently met. Serve as the custodian of activation excellence for assigned channels driving trust and accountability across global stakeholders.
- Campaign Activation & Performance OversightOversee the activation and optimization of campaigns across multiple channels and designated markets. Ensure flawless execution that aligns with broader media strategies and brandobjectives. Work in close partnership with local and regional teams tomaintainconsistency enhance performance and deliver measurable impact through detailed reporting and actionable insights.
- Stakeholder Management & Business PartnershipBuild andmaintainstrong relationships with internal market teams (Europe U.S. Asia MEA AUNZ) agency partners and cross-functional groups. Act as a strategic advisor offering data-driven solutions tailored to regional needs while upholding global standards. Partner with leadership and internal clients to drive innovation resolve challenges and influence strategic decisions that contribute to business growth.
- Operational Excellence & GovernanceDesign implement and manage scalable workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency campaign quality and consistency. Enforce compliance with global taxonomy quality assurance and platform governance data and feedback toidentifyimprovement areas ensure process adherence and escalate issues to theappropriate stakeholdersfor resolution.
- Team Leadership & Talent DevelopmentLead mentor and develop a high-performing team of subject matter experts responsible for campaign execution optimization and reporting. Foster a collaborative accountable and growth-oriented team culture. Ensure efficientteam resourcing continuous skills development and alignment with organizationalobjectivesthrough regular feedback coaching and performance evaluation.
- Innovation Automation & Business GrowthProactivelyidentifynew business opportunities within existing accounts and emerging markets. Collaborate with directors and senior leadership to develop compelling discussions for onboarding new scopes of work. Champion the adoption of internal and external automation tools and technology solutions to drive operational efficiency and future-proof activation capabilities.
- Coordination with internal teamto overall smooth running for operations.
Skills and Experience
If this opportunity looks right for you we are looking for candidates who have:
- 6yearsprofessional experience indigital media execution
- You are at least one biddable media platform expert out of Google Ads Meta DV 360 with hands on experience across other platforms including but not limited to SA 360 Bing Search DCM Amazon ads Twitter LinkedIn and more.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet
- Minimum team size handled 8-20 people.
