Summer Theater Workshop
Workshop runs from June 25 2026 through July 19 2026 - 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. Performances will be held on July 17 and 18 at 7:00 P.M. and July 19 at 1:00 P.M.
Positions available:
Choreographer: $1800
-To plan teach the choreographynecessary
- Work with director music directorto schedule and execute the rehearsal plan for the program
-Attend all shows and rehearsals
- Some light construction work (costumes props)
- Must have experience in theater and musical theater choreography/dance
- assist with the striking of the show following the shows end
Asst. Director: $1800
- work with director to execute overall vision.
- some light construction work (costumes props)
- block and or choreograph some specific scenes
- schedule organization and execution
- work with the stage managerto communicate needs to students and parents throughoutthe program
- Attend all shows and rehearsals
- Must have experience working with students in theater ed.
- assist with the striking of the show following the shows end
Music Director: $1800
- work with director and choreographerto execute overall vision
- some light construction work (costumes props)
- teach acting students vocal parts harmonies
- execute sound for the production
- Must attend all shows and rehearsals
- Must have experience playing piano as well as musical theater experience.
- assist with the striking of the show following the shows end
Technical director:
- work with the director to execute the artistic vision
- instruct students in the safe use of tools and the set construction process
- build the set design lighting/sound some light work with props/costume
- assist with the striking of the show following the shows end
- must have experience in technical theater fly systems light board/sound board operation set construction
- Must attend all shows and rehearsals
Stage Manager: $1800
- Work directly with all members of staff to manage daily projects/student activities
- Provide up to date to parents/students on scheduling and daily events
- Develop assist and communicate a plan for strike for students and staff.
- Some light construction of props costumes set
- Must have experience in organization and stagement calling shows blocking.
- Must attend all shows and rehearsals
- create daily rehearsal reports
