Receptionist Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls in a prompt professional and welcoming manner
• Assist in greeting customers who enter the dealership
• Assist Management as necessary with administrative tasks
• Assist with cashier duties as needed by the salesdepartment
• Assist with Entry Level Accounting
• Other duties as assigned
  

Receptionist Qualifications

• Ability to work in a high volume environment
• Excellent listening/communication skills outgoing and positive personality
• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
• Professional appearance and eager to improve on all aspects
