About the company

Remote World is partnering with a UK-based wellness subscription brand to hire for this role. They deliver curated self-care and wellness boxes to 80000 active members every month and when something goes wrong with a delivery or subscription they want their members to feel genuinely looked after.

The role

Youll handle inbound support from members via live chat and email managing subscription changes chasing missing deliveries answering product questions and making sure every interaction leaves members feeling valued rather than frustrated.

What youll do

• Respond to member queries via live chat and email
• Handle subscription pauses cancellations and upgrades
• Investigate and resolve delivery issues with the fulfilment team
• Process refunds and replacements following brand guidelines
• Maintain a warm on-brand tone in every customer interaction

What youll need

• Warm empathetic written English you make customers feel valued
• Organised and reliable you follow up on open cases until theyre closed
• Comfortable with repetitive but detail-sensitive work
• Self-motivated and able to manage your own workload remotely

Nice to have

• Experience in subscription DTC or consumer brand support
• Familiarity with Recharge Gorgias or Shopify
• Genuine interest in wellness beauty or lifestyle brands
