About the Role
We are seeking experienced LPNs for a clinic-based assignment in the Kauai region of Hawaii. Candidates should have prior outpatient clinic experience and be comfortable supporting a variety of clinic departments. This is a great opportunity for an LPN who enjoys structured weekday schedules and working in a patient-focused ambulatory setting.

Important Requirement
This assignment requires 80 hours every two weeks with no exceptions.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing support in clinic setting
- Assist with patient intake vitals charting and follow-up care
- Support providers across outpatient clinic departments
- Document accurately in Cerner
- Float to other clinic locations if coverage is needed
- Support patient care in a fast-paced ambulatory environment
Requirements
- Active LPN/LVN license
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Prior clinic experience required
- BLS/BCLS required
- ACLS required
- Must be willing to assist at other clinic locations if needed
