We are seeking an experienced Travel Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a contract assignment. The PTA will work under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to assist in implementing treatment plans designed to improve patient mobility strength and overall functional independence.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative rehabilitation team while supporting meaningful patient recovery outcomes in a travel assignment setting.

• Assist the Physical Therapist in implementing individualized treatment plans
• Provide therapeutic exercises mobility training and rehabilitation support
• Observe and report patient progress and response to treatment
• Support patient functional mobility and activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members
• Educate patients and caregivers on prescribed exercises and safety techniques
• Ensure compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

• Active Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Experience in rehabilitation skilled nursing outpatient acute or long-term care preferred
• Ability to work effectively under supervision in a multidisciplinary team
• Travel healthcare experience preferred

• Pay Rate: $42.00 $49.00 per hour
