Roles and responsibilities :
The primary responsibilities will include ServiceNow SIR Configuration and Optimisation; Incident Runbook Development and Maintenance; Knowledge Transfer and Operational Enablement. Preferred candidates should have proven experience implementing and supporting the ServiceNow Security Incident Response platform in a regulated financial services environment. Excellent understanding of cyber incident response operating models and associated frameworks such as NIST. Strong capability in runbook design automation and tooling integration. Strong process development abilities in line with recognized process modelling frameworks such as BPMN. Familiarity with governance risk and regulatory expectations for cyber incidents
