Job Summary
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
-Track and maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory across channels (warehouse retail e-commerce).
- Monitor and record all customer orders ensuring alignment between order placement dispatch and delivery status.
- Maintain a detailed log of refunds returns and exchanges ensuring proper reconciliation with accounts and payment gateways.
- Conduct regular inventory audits (physical and system-based) to identify discrepancies and minimize stock loss.
- Work closely with the Accounts team to ensure accurate financial reporting invoicing and refund settlements.
- Analyse inventory data at a micro level to identify trends gaps and inefficiencies in stock movement.
- Manage SKU-level tracking including categorization tagging and stock allocation.
- Coordinate with operations logistics and warehouse teams to ensure seamless inventory flow.
